What We Class as ‘Good Condition’
Your current phone must be in Good Condition. This means:
- The phone powers on and functions normally.
- The screen is intact with no cracks or deep scratches.
- The back and frame are free from significant damage (minor scuffs are acceptable).
- No water damage or signs of internal faults.
- All accounts (such as iCloud/Google) must be removed, and the device should be reset to factory settings.
- The original charger must be returned with the device.
- The original box is optional but appreciated if available.
