How To Make A Purchase

1. New or Existing Customers can apply for credit for the Blinds/Carpets.
2. If accepted, you will be given a pre-approved value for your purchase, and a deal to suit you.
3. When you have agreed to the terms, An agent will come and measure up for your chosen product and let you choose the style.
4. After the measurements are complete, you will be given a quote for how much it will cost for the product, up to your maximum pre-approved weekly spend.
5. The office will phone to ensure you are happy with the quote given. If you are happy with the quotation we will order the product. Once the product is ready, we will organise the date to suit you to have them fitted.

All home credit customers are entitled to a free details statement once every 3 months; just ask.

Blinds Warranty

All our custom-made blinds hold a 2 year warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials, mechanisms (cord ,locks and tilt gears) and components (brackets, wands, caps, etc.)which make up the blinds. If any blinds are found to be defective in materials or workmanship we will at our discretion ,repair or replace the product which fails to conform to this warranty.

Please note that colour may vary from batch to batch on some styles, and that we periodically discontinue certain styles and colours. On discontinued items, we reserve the right to substitute warrantied products with the nearest colour or style of equivalent or greater value on current products. If you have matching blinds only the defective blind will be repaired or replaced, not the whole set. This warranty does not cover any product which failed due to accidents,alteration,misuse,improper cleaning or damage from pets or insects, common cosmetic issues related to extended use ,including fraying, fading or discoloration due to sunlight are not covered by this warranty.

We do not envisage there being any issues with your new blinds and we offer you peace of mind that they will last you for years to come

Carpet Warranty

All of our carpets are covered by a wear warranty as detailed below for a period of 3 years. All carpet must be professionally fitted to BS 52325 standards.

• The warranties cover domestic use in your single-family home in the UK or Channel Islands and you are unable to transfer this warranty.
• The worn area covered by the guarantee must be in excess of 10cm diameter and the backing must be evident without any pile surface yarn left.This does not cover any heavy traffic areas for example stairs,doorways. Where a reasonable complaint to wear is proven, will offer the owner an alternative carpet.
• You need to closely follow our cleaning instructions, promptly clean spills AND have your carpet professionally cleaned once every 2 years. Improper maintenance or inadequate care could void all or part of your warranty coverage. Receipts from professional cleaning will be required to initiate a claim. Pile distortion or compression caused by furniture, including impressions left by legs of furniture, is not covered by this warranty.
• Minimal variations in colour, shape or texture between samples or brochure illustrations and the actual floor covering are not covered.
• Excluded from this warranty is normal wear and tear and discolouration as a result of direct and prolonged sunlight.
