Service and Warranty

At Easy Buy we thrive on customer service. We were recognised for our excellent customer service by winning the 2020 Feefo Platinum Service award. All of our products come with at least 12 months warranty unless otherwise specified as some manufacturers we sell come with more as much as up to 7 years on some products . At the point of sale if the product you are purchasing has only 12 Months warranty we will offer you (no obligation to take out) an extended warranty through our third party warranty firm Retra care. We can offer up to an extended 4 years cover just in case you should ever need it. If you decide to go ahead you will have two options Retra Care Silver or Gold Please see the kinks below to see the benefits between the both of them.

PLEASE NOTE: Easy Buy products do not come with insurance or extra cover against theft or breakages. If your product becomes damaged or stolen, it will not be covered, and you will still be liable for the outstanding balance under the terms of your Hire Purchase Agreement. If you decide to take out the Gold Package with Retra care then your product will be covered for the length you decide on for Accidental damage (Not theft).

 

Extended Warranties

If you are purchasing a product out right or click and collect then one of our sales people will contact you and give you a quote which then can be purchased if you require this service.

If have applied for Finance then one our sales person will again offer this when we discuss your application further and the price of the extended warranty can be added to your finance.

Extended Warranties will only be offered on White / Brown Goods. Technology Goods (Laptops, Phones, Consoles, etc) will not be offered Extended Warranties and will ONLY have the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

If your product breaks down within the Manufacturer’s Warranty please call Easy Buy on 0333 123 9000 or call the Manufacturer, numbers listed in the table below.

If your product breaks down within your Extended Warranty period, please call your Extended Warranty firm you will find the number on your certificate (Which would have been emailed to you) or the numbers are below:

Please Note

If your products come with a 2, 3, 4- or 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, it is your responsibility to make sure you register your product with the manufacturers. You must do this to get the warranty on your products. If failed to do so your product will only be covered for the standard 12 months.

If you are purchasing an appliance from us, eg a dryer, fridge freezer, washing machine or chest freezer, and you put it in a shed or outhouse. Your warranty will be void.

Car Warranty

All cars come with up to 6-months warranty through Benmarks Motors courtesy of Centurion Warranties. All cars are sold through our sister company Benmarks Motors, where Easy Buy  supplies the finance for the vehicle. All repairs, service, MOT and road tax is payable by the customer in all circumstances and not covered by your account.  If your car is in the warranty period and you have an issue, be sure to contact Centurion Warranties from your Leaflet you was given at the point of sale or visit the Centurion Warranties website for their number and further details. Alternatively you can contacts Benmarks Motors from the links below. 01482 320085, email at info@benmarks.uk.com or head on over to Benmark's website.

 

Blinds & Carpets Warranty

All our Blinds and Carpets can come with up to 5 years Warranty this will be explained to you at the point of sale, Any issues please call or email us direct and we will happy to help and start a claim for you within you’re your warranty period.
